In extensive research, it has become apparent there is a tremendous amount of interlocking ownership and existence of tremendous numbers of dba's, with the resulting obfuscation of who America's Servicing Company really is and where they really are. 
                                          
In the state of Florida, there IS no "Americas Servicing Company" registered nor authorized to transact business, even if only by mail, telephonically or electronically.
                                                                                                                                                                
ASC's defense attorney, Michael Winston of Carlton Fields in West Palm Beach, after first saying the OCC solely regulated ASC, then identified 'the Federal government and Federal Reserve' as being the authorizing agencies permitting Americas Servicing Company to operate, yet no agency shows the entity on their website or say they have any knowledge of the company .
